Speaking + Training
Practical marketing, social media and AI education people can actually use.
There is no shortage of marketing advice.
The problem is figuring out which advice actually matters — and what to do with it once you leave the room.
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked with business owners and entrepreneurs on digital marketing, social media, messaging, websites and business growth.
Today, much of my teaching also focuses on practical AI — not because every business needs another shiny tool, but because the right tools can save time, simplify marketing and make good ideas easier to execute.
My goal when I speak or teach is simple:
People should leave with more clarity than they walked in with — and know what to do next
Marketing education without the hype.
I don’t believe a great workshop should leave people with 47 new things they suddenly feel like they need to do.
It should help them understand what matters.
That means my sessions are practical, conversational and built around real business challenges.
We may talk about AI.
We may talk about social media.
We may talk about content, messaging or visibility.
But we always come back to the same question:
How does this help you run or grow the business?
Because marketing is not about doing more for the sake of doing more.
It’s about doing the right things more intentionally.
Topics I Speak + Train On
AI for Business
AI is changing quickly, but most business owners don’t need to become AI experts.
They need to understand where it can actually help.
Training can include:
- Practical ways to use ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Using AI to save time in everyday business
- Creating better content without sounding like everyone else
- Using AI for research, planning and idea development
- Building repeatable prompts and workflows
- Knowing what should — and should not — be handed over to AI
The goal isn’t more AI. It’s better use of AI.
Marketing Strategy
When marketing feels overwhelming, the answer usually isn’t another platform.
It’s clarity.
I teach business owners how to step back from the tactics and look at the bigger picture:
- Who are you trying to reach?
- What problem are you actually solving?
- Is your message clear?
- Which marketing channels deserve your attention?
- What can you stop doing?
- How do all of your marketing efforts work together?
This is especially useful for business owners who feel like they are doing a lot of marketing without knowing whether any of it is actually working.
Social Media That Supports the Business
Business owners don’t need to spend their entire day creating content.
They do need to understand how social media fits into their larger marketing strategy.
Sessions can cover:
- Building a realistic social media plan
- Creating content people actually want to engage with
- Turning expertise into useful content
- Choosing the right platforms
- Using AI without losing your voice
- Creating content more efficiently
- Moving from random posting to intentional visibility
Social media is a tool. It is not the entire marketing strategy.
Marketing + AI for Real Estate
Because I’m also a licensed Tennessee REALTOR®, I understand the real estate business from the inside.
I know what it feels like to be told you should be prospecting, following up, creating content, making videos, learning AI, staying active on social media and somehow still finding time to sell real estate.
My real estate training focuses on helping agents simplify.
Topics can include:
- Practical AI for real estate agents
- Creating a realistic real estate marketing plan
- Social media that builds authority instead of just filling a feed
- Using AI for content, communication and productivity
- Creating marketing systems agents will actually use
- Building visibility without becoming a full-time marketer
I teach from the perspective of someone who understands both sides:
the marketer and the agent.
Who I speak to
My programs are a strong fit for:
REALTOR® associations
Real estate brokerages and teams
Small-business organizations
Chambers and professional groups
Entrepreneur communities
Conferences and events
Women’s business organizations
Private companies and teams
Sessions can range from focused workshops to longer training programs and keynote-style presentations depending on the audience and objective.
What it’s like to learn with me
I’m not interested in standing at the front of a room reading slides.
I want people participating.
Asking questions.
Trying things.
Seeing examples.
And thinking differently about how they approach their marketing.
My teaching style is conversational and practical, with enough strategy to help people understand the why and enough implementation to help them know the how.
And because marketing and AI change constantly, I continually update what I teach based on what is actually happening — not what worked five years ago.
A Few Things I Believe
Strategy comes before tools.
AI should make smart people more capable, not make everyone sound the same.
Marketing should support the business, not take it over.
Simple usually beats complicated.
And perhaps most importantly:
People don’t need more information. They need help knowing what to do with it.
That is what I try to provide every time I teach.
